Zev is a commercial litigator whose practice focuses on complex contract disputes, contested corporate transactions, securities, class action defence, product liability and competition. He is often engaged to act on matters involving oppression remedies, proxy contests, plans of arrangement and corporate governance matters.

Zev also maintains an active white collar defence and investigations practice, regularly leading internal investigations and responding to regulatory, criminal and quasi-criminal investigations and enforcement matters related to economic sanctions, corruption, anti-money laundering, national security, securities and fraud.

Zev has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, Tax Court of Canada and several administrative tribunals across Canada, including the Ontario Securities Commission.
