Yulia Eismont

Yulia Eismont is Counsel in the Kyiv office and Head of the local Competition & State Aid practice. She advises on corporate, regulatory, and competition law aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on regulated and strategic sectors. Her practice is centred on competition and antitrust law, including the assessment of regulatory risks and obtaining merger and antitrust clearances for cross-border transactions involving Ukraine. She regularly supports international clients entering or expanding in the Ukrainian market, advising on investment structuring, regulatory compliance, and engagement with state authorities.
