• Provided legal services for Sun Hung Kai Properties' Hangzhou Jianghehui complex land project with a total investment of CNY 30 billion
• Provided legal services for over 60 real estate M&A projects for Binjiang Group, New Century Property Holding and Development Group, Hangzhou Urban Construction Development Group, Shanghai Changxing International Trading Co., Ltd., Blue City Construction, Wildwind Group, Zhejiang Tongren Group, etc.
• Provided full-range legal services for the equity and debt transfer of Yefengshan project between Yefeng Real Estate Group and Tahoe Group, involving approximately CNY 1.2 billion and five land parcels
• Provided legal services for Binjiang Group's first rural revitalization public welfare project, which is located in Chun'an County, Hujiaping
• Provided full-range legal services for the merger and acquisition of the "Zhongtai Town" project between Binjiang Group and Yangguang City Group, a landmark bankruptcy reorganization project in Yongkang
• Provided legal services for a series of cases concerning real estate ownership to a club of a real estate company in Hangzhou, and successfully assisted the client to obtain the real estate ownership certificate for the club, with the mandate being the first project in Zhejiang in which properties intended as public amenities obtained the real estate ownership certificate
• Provided legal services for commercial projects, such as "Yishang Town", "Shanghai Kaiyuan Mediterranean Square", "Taizhou Tengda Center", etc.
Litigation & Arbitration
• Represented a real estate development company in an investment contract dispute with the local government, won the case and spared the client from incurring a loss of CNY 100 million, which is a landmark case where Zhejiang court dealt with an investment dispute concerning the local government
• Counseled on a dispute over liability for undermining the interest of a real estate development company, and won the case in the final trial before the Supreme People's Court, a case that bears a significant social impact and has been included in the ten guiding corporate-related cases in Zhejiang in 2013
• Counseled on a dispute over a construction land transfer contract between a real estate company of Taizhou and the Land Bureau and the Management Committee (involving around CNY 2.2 billion), managing to get the two parties to reach a settlement, thereby protecting the client's legitimate interests
• Provided representation in a private lending dispute between Hangzhou Xingang Enterprise Management Partnership (LP) and Fignian Group (China) Co., Ltd., etc. (involving CNY 1.65 billion) and won the case
• Represented a trust company in a contract dispute (involving nearly CNY 400 million) and won the case in the final trial before the Supreme People's Court, thereby protecting the client's legitimate interests, a case with a significant impact on the real estate trust
• Represented a creditor to file an objection to bankruptcy claim, successfully pushed the procuratorate to protest the judgment, and finally confirmed that the bankruptcy claim declared by the third party was based on a fraudulent lawsuit, sparing the client from incurring a loss of about CNY 100 million, a case bearing a significant social impact and included in the four guiding cases of civil procuratorial follow-up supervision triggered by the Supreme People's Procuratorate in 2021
• Represented China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. in a construction contract dispute against Hangzhou Ganglong Real Estate Co., Ltd. and won the case, which involved nearly CNY 300 million
• Represented Xing Yuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in a contract dispute against Jing Wei Zhong Yao Holding Group and 11 other defendants, a case involving nearly CNY 160 million, and got the parties to reach a settlement
• Represented DuPont China Group Ltd. in a dispute against Zhejiang Haisheng Group Co. (involving CNY 100 million) and won the case
• Represented a real estate company as a third party in a construction contract dispute between the employer and the contractor, and successfully exposed the collusion between the employer and the contractor to infringe the client's mortgage right by way of contractor obtaining the priority of construction project, sparing the client from incurring a loss of nearly CNY 80 million and safeguarding the client's legitimate interests
