Youssef el Harchaoui

Youssef el Harchaoui, attorney at law, specialises in advising clients on all areas of Dutch employment law. He has extensive experience advising on all-round employment law, with a particular focus on the employment law aspects of (international) M&A-deals and restructurings, works council processes, requalification risk assessments, dismissal of managing directors and other top management, and advising (international) companies that wish to set-up or expand their business to/in the Netherlands. Youssef is also often involved with the structuring of and advising about management and employee incentive schemes (e.g. Share Appreciation Rights).

Youssef has gained vast experience in both sensitive and high-profile employment cases. As a trusted advisor Youssef manages to engage clients on a long-term basis.
