Bert Gevers

Bert Gevers is a partner in our Brussels office. He heads the Loyens & Loeff Indirect Tax Practice Group in Belgium and is a core member of the Corporate Investigations Team.

Extensive expertise in advising and representing clients in indirect tax matters, corporate investigations and trade compliance issues (with a focus on sanctions and export controls) in various sectors including e-commerce, food & beverages and aerospace & defence has earned Bert a listing as a leading expert in the Legal 500 EMEA directory, a leading indirect tax adviser by Indirect Tax Leaders guide and a recognition as Global Thought Leader in Sanctions by Who is Who Legal.
