Thomas Lenné heads the corporate M&A department of the Brussels office and specialises in corporate M&A, with a particular focus on private equity.
Thomas has a focus on corporate M&A and private equity work. He represents corporates and private equity houses in their investments, add-ons, portfolio assistance (including governance and restructuring advice) and exit transactions. He is also a member of our firmwide private equity leadership team.
