Career

Thomas Lenné heads the corporate M&A department of the Brussels office and specialises in corporate M&A, with a particular focus on private equity.

Thomas has a focus on corporate M&A and private equity work. He represents corporates and private equity houses in their investments, add-ons, portfolio assistance (including governance and restructuring advice) and exit transactions. He is also a member of our firmwide private equity leadership team.

He works across several sectors, such as energy & infrastructure, life sciences and technology.

He is recognised, and has been recognised consistently for many years, in his field of expertise by Chambers & Partners (Global & Europe) and The Legal 500. He was also elected twice as Belgian M&A lawyer of the year in the Client Choice Awards.
