Yossi Vebman leads Skadden's Derivatives Group. He represents corporations, investment banks, funds and others in a broad range of derivatives transactions, including equity derivatives, such as call spread, accelerated share buyback, total return swaps, forward and option transactions; margin loans; convertible and exchangeable securities; credit derivatives; weather derivatives; interest rate, currency and commodity transactions; and various structured products.
