Mr. Yeom is a partner at Yulchon, where he also serves as the Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice. His primary areas of expertise encompass various criminal advisory and litigation matters related to corporate operations, including environmental and energy issues, media and press disputes, pharmaceutical disputes, construction and real estate, and internal investigations within corporations. Notably, he has provided extensive counsel in the media and press sector, including overseeing the responsibilities of the Media Ethics Committee at SK Communications. Additionally, Mr. Yeom has offered counsel and representation for numerous environmental and energy companies, as well as healthcare institutions. His experience extends to successfully conducting internal investigations for a NASDAQ-listed American company and handling corporate internal investigations for both domestic and multinational corporations. He has a track record of success in cases such as securing the acquittal in the price collusion case related to the Dongbaek District Apartment sales in Yongin. Furthermore, Mr. Yeom has successfully handled various civil and criminal litigations for construction companies, real estate trust companies, and environmental-related cases. He completed the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where, in addition to his practical experience, he conducted research on environmental and energy matters and corporate internal investigations.
