Jae Hyun Park

Career

Jae Hyun Park is an partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Overseas Investment and Finance. Before joining Yulchon in 2004, Mr. Park served as a Judge Advocate in Korean Army. He also worked on secondment at the Hong Kong office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Park received bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Seoul National University in 1999 and 2004, respectively. In 2008, he earned an LL.M. at Columbia University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Korea and New York.
