Based in the Luxembourg office, he advises on complex fund formation matters, including the structuring and registration of regulated funds (including semi-liquid evergreen funds) and unregulated funds. Yannick’s practice focuses on the sponsoring and operation of private investment funds, and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes.
