Yannick has extensive experience in advising fund sponsors on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Luxembourg regulated funds (SIFs, SICARs, UCITS and Part II funds, including ELTIFs) and unregulated funds (limited partnerships and RAIFs) investing across a variety of asset classes such as private debt, real estate, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital or impact investments.
