Represents private equity firms, public and private companies and other clients on complex cross-border M&A transactions in the U.S. and throughout the Asia-Pacific Region (including China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, India, Turkey, Pakistan and Bangladesh). Diverse practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and minority and strategic investments, among other corporate matters across sectors, including consumer, e-commerce, education, fintech, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, industrials, infrastructure, real estate and technology. Recent clients include Blackstone, KKR, PAG, Silver Lake, Alibaba, Ant Group, GDS Holdings and SoftBank.
