Yannick is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Practice and is a recognised authority on private fund formation in Luxembourg. Based in the Luxembourg office, he advises on complex fund formation matters, including the structuring and registration of regulated funds (including semi-liquid evergreen funds) and unregulated funds. Yannick’s practice focuses on the sponsoring and operation of private investment funds, and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes.

Member of a number of fund industry bodies including the Association of the Luxembourg Funds Industry (ALFI) and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) where he co-chairs the AIFMD review working group.
