His recent transactions include advising Apax, Blackstone, Hillhouse, KKR, Macquarie, PAG, Primavera, Warburg Pincus and their respective portfolio companies in leveraged buy-outs and private equity investments of over US$35 billion in the aggregate, Alibaba Group, Ant Group and participants in their ecosystem in strategic investment and corporate finance transactions of over US$35 billion in the aggregate, various China state-owned enterprises in outbound investment transactions of over US$30 billion in the aggregate, and many other major investment and strategic transactions involving Greater China. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
