Pre-packaged Reorganization to Bankruptcy Reorganization Case of Kaijing Financial Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.: Completed the pre-packaged reorganization and bankruptcy reorganization procedures efficiently within 128 days. As the first nationwide pre-packaged reorganization case involving a financial leasing company, it was recognized as a 2023 Typical Case and a Top Ten Outstanding Administrator Performance Case by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court. It also received the LegalOne Legal Merits (Exemplary) Rating and the China Business Law Journal "Deal of the Year" Award 2024.
Pre-packaged Reorganization to Bankruptcy Reorganization Case of Shanghai Shihe Property Co., Ltd.: This was the first pre-packaged reorganization case accepted by the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court and the first case handled under the "Implementation Rules (IV) of the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court on Handling Bankruptcy Cases Applying Pudong New Area Regulations". It was included in the "Report on the Application of Pudong New Area Regulations in Handling Bankruptcy Cases by the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court (2022-2024)". The successful handling of this case brought tangible benefits to the government's municipal planning and the urbanization process of the town area.
Bankruptcy Liquidation Case of 'Taojiji' E-commerce Platform Operator Shanghai Huanshou Industrial Co., Ltd.: Explored and implemented the innovative approach of "reverse creditor's rights declaration and review", a first for the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court. It set a precedent by utilizing an online system for self-service creditor's rights declaration and automated comparison review. The case was recognized as a 2023 Typical Case by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Administrators Association, received the China Business Law Journal "Deal of the Year" Award 2023, and was shortlisted as a 2023 Outstanding Case of Administrator Performance by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court.
Bankruptcy Reorganization Case of 'Yaxin Life Plaza' Operator Shanghai Minghong Investment Co., Ltd.: This was the first successful bankruptcy reorganization case after the establishment of the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court. It was recognized as a Typical Case by the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court in serving and safeguarding the "Six Priorities" and "Six Stabilities", a 2020 Typical Case by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court, and a Typical Case for Practice by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Administrators Association.
Pre-packaged Reorganization to Bankruptcy Reorganization Case of Shanghai Sheshan Country Club Co., Ltd.: Served as the legal representative for a creditor and a prospective investor, a leading Chinese private equity investment firm. This facilitated the expansion and high-quality development of the special assets investment sector while contributing to the social objectives of "ensuring property delivery and stabilizing people's livelihoods".
Bankruptcy Liquidation Case of Shanghai Jiejie Trade Co., Ltd.: Set a record for the fastest concluded bankruptcy liquidation case, finalized within 36 days. It was recognized as a 2019 Typical Case by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court. The administrator's working documents in this case were also rated as Outstanding Administrator's Working Documents by the Shanghai Bankruptcy Court.

Attorney Yan Huang was invited by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and the General Council of the Bar of England and Wales to participate in their Chinese Lawyer Training Programme. She undertook a period of work and study at Erskine Chambers, a prominent English barristers' chambers well-regarded in the fields of company and insolvency law.
As an invited expert on the "Resolving Insolvency" indicator for the World Bank's Doing Business project, she participated in written questionnaires and interviews, providing insights to the World Bank on the implementation of insolvency practices in China.
She was featured in two special interviews: one by the Shanghai Television "Legal World" Channel and another by the "Lawyers' Circle" program of the Shanghai Lawyers Association. The interview topics were "Analysis of the Personal Bankruptcy System" and "Interpretation of the Judicial Explanation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Refusing to Execute Judgments or Rulings".
Attorney Yan Huang led the drafting of the Guidelines for Out-of-Court Restructuring Advisory Services (Trial) jointly issued by the Shanghai Lawyers Association and the Shanghai Bankruptcy Administrators Association. She also participated in the drafting of the Supreme People's Court's Guidelines for Administrators' Work in Bankruptcy Cases and contributed to the drafting of other practical documents in the insolvency field, such as the Guidelines for Lawyers Representing Clients in the Declaration and Review of Bankruptcy Claims (Trial).
