As one of the first batch of corporate insolvency administrators in Shanghai approved by the corporate bankruptcy administrators appeal board of the Higher People’s Court of Shanghai, Boss & Young has early been selected as a first-tier bankruptcy administrator of the Higher People’s Court of Shanghai in 2015 and was re-elected in 2022 through layers of screening process.To date, the Insolvency Practice Department (“the Department”) has acted as the bankruptcy administrator and handled over 180 insolvency restructuring, insolvency liquidation and compulsory liquidation cases, effectively balancing the interests of all parties and achieving good social benefits.The Department is a “collection” of elite lawyers, all of whom are the backbone of bankruptcy practices.Relying on the operating philosophy and organizational structure of large domestic and international law firms adopted by the firm, the Department has achieved its pursuit of optimal allocation of resources, maximum efficiency, and the highest quality in client service. On this basis, the Department has formed an effective collaboration and supervision mechanism at the level of business development. In the future, the Department will further strengthen its professional branding on the basis of continued promotion of professional division of labour and industry exchange seminars, in order to facilitate the two-pronged parallel of professional competence and brand promotion.
