 MS Xia participated in Shanghai Yiguo E-commerce Co., Ltd., Shanghai Anxianda Logistics Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yunxiang Supply Chain Co., Ltd. were involved in a bankruptcy reorganization case. This case was nominated for the "National Classic Bankruptcy Case" award for the year 2022.

MS Xia participated in The bankruptcy reorganization case of Shanghai Zhantang Communication Co., Ltd. was the first New Third Board bankruptcy reorganization case in Shanghai. It was recognized as one of the ten typical cases supporting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt by Shanghai courts in 2019.

Ms xia has been practicing law for over ten years, focusing on areas such as bankruptcy reorganization, bankruptcy liquidation, compulsory liquidation, equity disputes, and insurance dispute resolution. With extensive practical experience in bankruptcy proceedings, as a designated first-level administrator by the Shanghai High People's Court, Lawyer Xia has served as the head of bankruptcy liquidation teams, handling several highly influential bankruptcy liquidation cases in the industry. She was involved in the first bankruptcy reorganization case of a New Third Board listed company in Shanghai, where she, as the bankruptcy administrator, completed a significant amount of complex and challenging tasks such as creditor-debtor reconciliation and bankruptcy asset liquidation within a short period of six months. Following multiple communications with major creditors, she successfully secured the approval of the bankruptcy reorganization plan during the creditors' meeting. Lawyer Xia has been entrusted by multiple state-owned enterprises and central enterprises to handle the liquidation of zombie companies.
