Mrs. Xiaomei Li was graduated from English Language School of Sichuan International Studies University in 1986 with a BA degree, and obtained one LLM degree from Law School of Sichuan University in 2002 and one LLM degree from University of London in 1994.

Mrs. Li started her legal profession as a lawyer in Sichuan Economic Law Firm from 1986 to 1994. From December 1994 to June 2012, she worked as the founding partner in Sichuan Hui Gao Law Firm. In August 2012, Mrs. Li joined Jingtian & Gongcheng and since then, she has been working as a partner of the law firm.

Mrs. Li specializes in securities and capital market, foreign investment, oversea investment, PE, M&A, banking and financing, infrastructure investment, etc.

In the field of securities market, Mrs. Li provided legal services respectively in 1994 and 1997 for the IPO of both Chengdu Pu Tian Cable Co., LTD and Sichuan Expressway Company Limited in Hong Kong.

Mrs. Li was admitted to the PRC bar in 1988.

Mrs. Li is a native mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
