Wouter is a specialist fiscal adviser for real estate structures, M&A and estate planning. He advises both public bodies (including in relation to PPP), private bodies and regulated real estate companies, project developers and investors on real estate structuring.
He has been a partner at Eubelius since January 2013, and a member of Eubelius' management committee since March 2016.
He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2003, and interrupted his career as a lawyer between 2009 and 2012 to work as a tax consultant for a Big Four firm in Belgium and Hong Kong.
Wouter holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (2002), and obtained a supplementary degree in Taxation from the same university (2003) and a supplementary degree in Company Law from University College Brussels (2003).
Wouter is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on Belgian and international tax law and has contributed to books and tax newsletters.
