Lars' practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including M&A, capital markets, venture capital and private equity. Lars has particular sector expertise in corporate real estate and life sciences.

He is the head of the Eubelius Real Estate team.

Lars has been an attorney at Eubelius since 1997 and a partner at the firm since 2003.

He holds a graduate degree in law from the University of Leuven (KU Leuven, 1996) and obtained an LL.M. at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1997).

For six years, Lars was a part-time teaching assistant at the Jan Ronse Institute for Company and Financial Law at the University of Leuven.

He regularly authors legal publications and is a frequent speaker at seminars on topics related to corporate and financial law.
