Career

Erwin's practice focuses on company law and financial law, with an emphasis on private M&A (domestic and cross-border) and private equity transactions. He also works regularly on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, SPOs and rights issues).

He has been a partner at Eubelius since January 2009 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 1997.

Erwin holds a law degree from the University of Antwerp (1990) and a postgraduate degree in business economics from the University of Leuven (1991).

Prior to being admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1997, he was a senior manager in the Tax & Legal Department at Price Waterhouse (now PwC).

Erwin is a regular speaker at seminars about corporate law related topics.
