Włodzimierz Szoszuk

Włodzimierz Szoszuk heads the Intellectual Property practice.He advises clients on industrial property law, copyright, unfair competition, and the law of new technologies. He conducts civil and criminal litigation on behalf of many well-known foreign and domestic companies across a range of intellectual property issues (particularly patent and trademark infringement), as well as civil and commercial matters. He is a mediator and arbitrator. He has great experience in negotiating and concluding settlements, and also prepares various types of contracts, including licence agreements, distribution agreements, and contracts for assignment of rights. Since 2003 he has been a member of the CPR/INTA International Panel of Neutrals, and in 2005 he was appointed by the Central European Advisory Group as an arbitrator in .eu domain cases at the Czech Arbitration Court in Prague.
