Anna Prigan

Anna Prigan handles projects involving development of infrastructure with the participation of the public administration and local government. She has experience advising on projects involving expansion of the road network in Poland, public procurement, and public-private partnership transactions. She provides comprehensive legal support for infrastructure and development projects, including projects conducted under FIDIC and EPC contract conditions. She specialises in projects carried out through public procurement, public-private partnership, and concessions for construction works and services. Her recent experience includes projects for construction of roads, motorways and rail lines, broadband internet networks, waste incinerators, power plants, and transhipment terminals. She is also involved in the work of the firm’s Chinese Desk, Japanese Desk and Korean Desk.
