Michał Nowacki

Michał Nowacki provides tax advice on Polish and international M&A and reorganisation projects. He is involved in transfer-pricing projects, including profitability adjustments and obtaining advance pricing agreements. He supports clients in disputes with tax authorities, including representation of clients before the administrative courts. He advises on matters of corporate income tax, personal income tax, transaction taxes, and international tax law. He is a member of the board of the Polish branch of the International Fiscal Association.
