Prof. UJ dr hab. Marcin Wujczyk has nearly 20 years of experience in employment law and HR consultancy.

Marcin Wujczyk, attorney-at-law, partner, co-heads the Employment practice. He practises individual and collective employment law, with a particular emphasis on reorganisation of companies, transfer of enterprises and collective redundancies procedure. He has also significant experience in internal investigation proceeding and employers’ cooperation with trade unions and employee representatives. He advises some of Poland’s largest companies on the investigation of multi-layered whistleblowing complaints, confidential discrimination claims and other sensitive disputes.

He provides immediate support in the decision-making process for management boards and HR directors of Polish and international companies.

He is engaged in the internal law firm ESG committee created to strive for compliance with ESG requirements, including those related to D&I requirements

Marcin combines his professional activity as a lawyer with work as a professor at the oldest university in Poland (Jagiellonian University). He teaches and conducts research in the Labour Law Department of the top-named Faculty of Law in Poland. He also continues his cooperation with the Council of Europe (where he served as a member of European Committee of Social Rights for 6 years).

He is an author of number of publication on employment, including commentary to Polish Labour Code.
