For more than three decades, Bill has helped sellers, investors, buyers, founders and owners of businesses create, preserve, and grow value through a variety of strategic transactions.

As Chair of Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, Bill guides clients through the legal and business aspects of a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, licensing, outsourcing, private equity, and corporate divorces. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, media, retail, and a variety of services. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of information technology, including data analytics, cloud computing, software development, and distribution, SaaS, and digital media.

Bill founded the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice Group and has helped countless entrepreneurs achieve their goals, including many successful exits. Bill is also Co-chair of the firm’s Family Office Practice Group, and has a long track record of helping wealthy individuals and families invest and divest in a variety of business ventures.

Bill is also deeply involved in the regional and national business community and a board member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
