Tim is Wiggin and Dana’s Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He has made his mark defending and representing clients around the country in high stakes matters such as complex insurance class actions, copyright claims against major record labels and recording artists, professional malpractice defense, catastrophic injury claims and large construction matters. Tim has tried to conclusion a number of cases in federal and state court, and in various arbitration forums.
Tim serves as the President of the Connecticut Bar Foundation and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. He is the past Co-Chair of the CBA’s Professionalism Committee and past Co-Chair of the Federal Practice Section.
