Experience

Wiktoria Rogaska is an advocate and a Local Partner in the Renewable Energy Team at DWF in Poland. Wiktoria supports investors in renewable energy sources, in particular offshore wind, onshore wind and PV, throughout the investment process in Poland. She represents many clients in the administrative and court proceedings concerning environmental matters, contracts, permitting process, regulatory matters as well as planning and zoning issues.

She actively participates as speaker at numerous conferences on renewables energy matters. She is the author of draft amendments to energy laws.

Wiktoria is regularly recognised by independent international rankings. She is recommended, inter alia, by The Legal 500 in Energy and Natural Resources.
