Mr. Earnhardt has led appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Sixth, Ninth and Federal Circuits; as well as several state appellate courts, including the Supreme Courts of Delaware, Kentucky and South Carolina.
