Andrew C. Finch is Co-Chair of Cravath's Antitrust Practice. An accomplished antitrust lawyer with extensive experience in both civil and criminal antitrust litigation and investigations, Mr. Finch previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Acting Assistant Attorney General. He is regularly called upon by clients to handle critical antitrust litigation and investigations, as well as merger reviews for major transactions.
