Sharonmoyee Goswami focuses her practice on intellectual property, antitrust and other litigation involving complex technical and scientific issues, including those surrounding artificial intelligence and emerging machine learning technologies. She represents companies and individuals in all stages of litigation, from pre‑complaint investigation through appeal, and routinely practices before the Federal Circuit and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
