Keith R. Hummel is Co-Chair of Cravath's Intellectual Property Practice. He has extensive experience litigating complex commercial, intellectual property and antitrust disputes for plaintiffs and defendants in diverse fields, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, home automation, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, coating systems, and wine and spirits.
