Keith R. Hummel is Co-Chair of Cravath's Intellectual Property Practice. He has extensive experience litigating complex commercial, intellectual property, antitrust and other legal disputes for plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Hummel also frequently advises clients on national and worldwide intellectual property litigation and strategy.

Mr. Hummel handles intellectual property, commercial and antitrust matters for clients in diverse fields, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, food additives, coating systems, and wine and spirits.
