Wendy Gallegos

Wendy is a leading advisor in the investment management & private equity space, with more than 20 years of experience in real estate private equity. She represents many of the largest real estate private equity firms and sector-specific operators and allocators in the formation of open-end and closed-end private equity funds. These funds cover a wide range of real estate and real estate-related investment strategies across the United States, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Wendy also advises investment managers on structuring and negotiating club deals and separate accounts. She has extensive experience in deploying capital on behalf of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, including through joint ventures, preferred equity and other investment structures.
