Practice Areas

Wendi, Tax Group Co-Leader, advises clients on the taxation of all types of real estate transactions, including UPREIT, like-kind exchanges, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate transfer taxes. She also advises on state and local tax matters, as well as tax aspects of corporate matters, including M&A. Wendi also focuses on the new Qualified Opportunity Zone tax incentive.
