Theodore J. Hartl represents bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors in bankruptcy litigation, asset liquidation, and insolvency matters. He represents secured lenders and interested parties in prosecuting and defending their interests under the Bankruptcy Code. Ted also represents receivers, financial institutions, and corporate and individual clients in non-bankruptcy workouts, administrative enforcement actions, and in commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
Before private practice, Ted served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald E. Cordova, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Joette Katz, Associate Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
