Nathan E. Seiler is the Chair of Ballard Spahr's Business and Transactions Department, former Managing Partner of Ballard Spahr's Boulder office, a Practice Leader of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group, and a member of the firm's Expanded Board.
Nathan advises high-growth companies on corporate and securities transactions, including initial formation, venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, securities law disclosure and compliance, and general corporate counseling. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including software, biotechnology, medical device, information technology, telecommunications, natural and organic products, clean technologies, and renewable energy.
