Heads GOLAW’s Tax, Restructuring, Claims and Recoveries practice, advising clients on tax, finance and restructuring, focusing on cross-border transactions involving Ukraine. She counsels multinationals and investors on tax aspects of transactions, financing and operations, including Ukrainian tax legislation, double tax treaties, and regimes such as Diia City and Defence City, and advises private clients on tax planning, shares/real estate transactions, inheritance planning, tax residency and CFC rules. In tax controversy, she represents clients from audits through court proceedings. Her finance practice covers project/export finance, debt restructuring and NPLs, acting for institutions and borrowers across the financing lifecycle. In distressed situations, she protects clients through restructurings, enforcement, foreclosure, insolvency and asset recovery, a capability few Ukrainian practices offer within a single team.
