Heads GOLAW’s German Desk. Recognised by The Legal 500 and Lexology Index for banking and finance, foreign investment, and energy. He advises investors, banks and corporates on finance matters, and is principal contact for German-speaking clients investing in Ukraine, including its reconstruction and EU-accession. He leads M&A, restructurings, securities and real estate deals, and energy project finance, for clients across energy, financial, consumer, industrial and healthcare sectors.

Practising business law over two decades, he co-founded GOLAW and, in 2016, its Berlin office (Advokaten Gvozdiy und Oberkovych GOLAW PartGmbB), joining the Berlin Bar.
