His practice covers dispute resolution and litigation before commercial, administrative, civil and criminal courts, arbitration and pre-litigation settlement. In finance, he handles credit, mortgage and regulatory disputes and restructuring/factoring controversies. Much concerns real estate, construction and land relations, including urban planning, permit challenges, property rights, leases, privatisation and invalidation of authorities’ decisions, an academic-expertise area. In the corporate sphere, he handles shareholder and corporate disputes, governing-body challenges, and injunctive relief, plus reputation, employment, political, antitrust, energy and IP disputes. Core strengths include bankruptcy proceedings, real estate support, pre-trial economic-crime defence, and enforcement representation. He advises medical companies on licensing and procurement, conducts audits, and provides contractual and employment support, defending clients in regulatory inspections.
Career
Since 2018, a regular speaker on banking disputes and urban planning litigation, and author of a dozen articles (2022-2025) on urban planning dispute regulation. PhD in Law.
