Heads GOLAW’s Corporate Law and M&A practice, specialising in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, international business structuring and taxation, financing and regulatory compliance, for clients in energy, infrastructure, finance, retail, IT, defence and FMCG. He has led complex cross-border M&A transactions, structuring and relocation of holding companies across jurisdictions, and entry of foreign investors into Ukrainian and EU markets, from market-entry strategy through incorporation and licensing to regulatory compliance and sector-specific transaction structures.

Energy is a cornerstone of his practice: he has led legal support for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, bioenergy) with combined capacity exceeding 300 MW, including structuring PPAs and EPC/O&M contracts, and regulatory/permitting representation. He also advises on privatisation, public procurement and infrastructure development in the energy sector.
