Viktor Okasmaa

Viktor Okasmaa is a partner and Global Chair of Willkie's Finance Department. He represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, direct lenders, and investment banks in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions. He has significant experience in acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts.
