Alexander P. Ryan is a partner in the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Department and leads Willkie’s ERISA Title I practice. Alex advises plan sponsors and plan service providers with respect to a range of fiduciary issues arising under ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and Department of Labor guidance, regulations, and enforcement, including asset management matters, registered and private funds, capital markets transactions, various corporate transactions, and insurance products.
