Koren (Kori) Bell is a partner in Wilkie’s Litigation Department. She focuses on complex commercial disputes and white-collar defense, including high-stakes trial work. A nationally recognized, first-chair trial lawyer and former Federal Defender, Kori has led the representation of clients in high-profile cases across the country, and counseled clients in sensitive investigations. A variety of clients—including Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and prominent individuals—seek out Kori’s courtroom skill and business-oriented approach, entrusting her with their most significant and sensitive legal challenges.

She has handled high-stakes matters across a range of industries—from entertainment to technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, finance, real estate, transportation, art, and sports. She is known as a tenacious and creative advocate who delivers results for her clients inside and outside of the courtroom, at every stage of the proceedings, including in a case she advanced to and argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. Her successful representations span cross-border business disputes to crisis management and the full spectrum of civil and criminal trial matters.

Kori is fluent in Spanish, and frequently represents Spanish-speaking clients.
