Chair, Environment, Health and Safety Practice Group. Advises companies, financiers, investors, developers and other enterprises on environmental law matters, including transactions, financings, projects, and formulation of management and legal compliance strategy. Handles litigation and disputes involving environmental, health and safety (“EHS”) concerns. Particular experience counseling clients on environmental social governance (“ESG”) matters, as well as climate change and other matters of international environmental law and policy, environmental/sustainable finance matters and products, legal aspects of sustainability, and emerging EHS legal regimes and related standards and codes of conduct.
