Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Vidak was a trainee at the Second Municipal Court in Belgrade followed by Richards Buttler Law Firm in London. After this, he continued as an Associate at Zivanovic Law firm and as a Partner in the family Law Firm Kovacevic.
