National Leader of BLG’s Charities and Not-for-Profit Law Group. Victoria advises on a range of matters in the sector, including governance and strategic initiatives; the establishment and structuring of organizations; legal and regulatory compliance; negotiation and drafting of agreements; and board training and ongoing assistance. She does significant work in the education field including post-secondary institutions as well as for not-for-profit associations. In addition to her CBA and OBA roles, she is President of the BLG Foundation, which supports close to 100 charities related to children, medical research, poverty and BIPOC organizations. Victoria also serves as a director of a number of charity boards.
