Verónica María Canese Méndez

Veronica M. Canese has been a member of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1995 and specializes in Intellectual Property.

She works in the Trademarks, Technology and Intellectual Property department and has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals on matters related to industrial property, including contracts and Copyright and Technology Transfer.

She studied law at the University of Buenos Aires and has completed a graduate course in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law at the University of Palermo and a Refresher Program in Intellectual Property at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.

She has spoken at congresses and conferences on industrial property law both in Argentina and abroad, and regularly contributes to specialized international publications on the subject.

She is an industrial property agent and a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI) and the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association.
