Mr. Guevara Lynch was Managing Partner of Allende & Brea and is now Chairman of the firm and member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Department. He advises clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to mergers and acquisition transactions. His practice focuses on general corporate and governance, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations and financings.
He served as law clerk to Judge Liliana Filgueira de Casares in the City of Buenos Aires between 1991 and 1996, worked at the law firm Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York between 2000 and 2002, joined Allende & Brea in 1996 and became partner in 2003.
He received a law degree from the “Universidad Católica Argentina” in 1995, a Masters in Laws from Duke University in 1999 where he studied general corporate law in the Law School, and finance at the Fuqua School of Business.
Mr. Guevara Lynch serves as board member and member of the audit committee of private and public companies and has actively advised foreign investors in establishing, and growing, merging and selling their businesses in Argentina.
