The firm’s services include designing corporate structures and tax mechanisms, incorporating companies and representing clients in a broad range of corporate activities. 

Our Corporate practice includes assistance in:

  • Providing legal advice to all kinds of companies, including banks, insurance companies, Life Science and Healthcare industry, pharmaceutical companies and high-tech companies, among others.
  • Preparing and negotiating acquisitions, joint ventures , which includes regulated industries, with special focus on representing foreign companies in acquisitions in Argentina.
  • Assinting in complex local and international M&A transactions from the structuring through the legal and tax due diligence, drafting of the acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements, financing agreements, management and retention agreements and other related acquisition documents.
  • Structuring commercial agreements, reorganizations, restructurings and financings projects.
  • Dealing with shareholders’ conflicts, cross-border contracts, debt workouts, entertainment and gaming law, foreign investment and political risk insurance.
