Troy is a partner practising corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and corporate governance mandates.
Representing a number of public and private companies in a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, food and consumer goods, technology and natural resources, Troy seeks to provide pragmatic advice to clients after developing a thorough understanding of their industry and objectives.
Troy is a member of the firm’s M&A Practice Group and Opinions Committee, and also sits on the board of directors and Governance, Nomination, Compensation & Human Resource Committee of the National Diabetes Trust.
Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Troy was a lawyer at a full-service Bay Street law firm and seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission where he worked in the Corporate Finance Branch.
