Perry Dellelce

Perry is a founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate finance and transaction law firms. Perry practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Perry has been recognized by Legal Lexpert® as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in the areas of Technology Transactions and Global Mining.

Firm mandates in which Perry has been involved include:

- Acted for Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE)’s US$400 million investment by OMERS.

- Acted for MMCap International Inc. in the sale of 2.7 million pounds of uranium to NexGen for US$250 million.

- Acted for NEO in its acquisition by Cboe Global Markets.

- Various transactions with Caldas Gold Corp. including US$83 million private placement offering and $54 million acquisition of South American Resources Corp.

- Various transactions with Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. including $32 million private placement and listing on NEO Exchange Inc.

Perry is a Director of Mount Logan Capital Inc. and a Director of McFarlane Lake Mining Limited.

He is extremely involved in the community and charity. His current mandates include being past chair and current member of the Board of Directors of the Sunnybrook Foundation and the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Foundation.
