Perry Dellelce is a founder and managing partner of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, one of Canada’s leading corporate finance and transactional law firms. Perry practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Perry has been recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in the areas of Technology Transactions and Global Mining.
Prior to completing his law degree at the University of Ottawa, Perry holds a B.A. from Western University and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Perry is the Chair of the NEO Exchange, Canada’s newest stock exchange and Mind Medicine, Inc., a leading psychedelic medicine biotech company and a Director of Mount Logan Capital Inc. and Lendified Inc. He’s extremely involved in the community and charity. His current mandates include being past chair and current member of the Board of Directors of the Sunnybrook Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Foundation and member of the Business Advisory Council of the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. Perry is a member of the board of the Entrepreneurial Institute of Western University and Chair of the Capital Campaign for the University of Ottawa.
Firm mandates that Perry has been involved with include:
• Acted for NEO in its acquisition by Cboe Global Markets, Inc., a leading global market infrastructure and tradable products provider.
• Acted for MindMed in numerous transactions including its acquisition of HealthMode, Inc., Nasdaq Up-Listing and financings totalling $111.6 million.
• Acted as counsel to the Special Committee of the Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 1) Core Plus Fund to sell the entire portfolio comprising 2,219 class "A" institutional quality multi-family units for approximately US$600 million.
• Acting for GCM Mining Corp. in numerous transactions including its announcement to acquire Aris Gold Corporation and US$300 million offering.
• Acted for McFarlane Lake Mining Limited in numerous transactions including trading on the NEO Exchange Inc., reverse takeover and concurrent private placements for $6.2 million.
